Life can be full of changes & difficult moments and this is the time of year that we tend to think about what we would like from the next coming year.
We ask ourselves what does 2020 have in store for us and what we would like to do?  We can have a tendency to automatically discount our ability to make those changes and decide we are not able to make the changes we would dearly like to do, or even put them off for another year.
