Alison Wardman

About me

My name is Alison Wardman – my counselling practice is based in Audlem, South Cheshire. I see clients in Audlem and Market Drayton.

I have completed a four year post-graduate level training course in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy awarded by Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy (MiP). I am fully insured and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member of Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy. (MiP)

I support adults, couples and teenage/adolescent clients from the age of 18 and also accept 3rd party referrals from GPs or for employee counselling.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents and people who are on the autistic spectrum. I feel privileged to work alongside young people at the important stage of their informative years.

I have gained knowledge about myself and my own life experiences during my own personal journey in therapy. Working creatively has been beneficial to me and to my clients – I continuously research ways in which to use this style. I enjoy working with people and being a part of their own unique journey.

Today I have decided,
That it’s time to take control.
There won’t be anymore sitting,
And waiting, this is my goal
Today I see it so clearly,
I am all that I have.
If I want to get something done,
It’s up to me to pave my own path.
Today I will set my goal,
And work to see it through.
I’m tired of being afraid,
it’s time for my dreams to come true.
Today I am quite happy,
And confidence has made its way too.
I as a person have grown,
From now on, to me I’ll stay true.
